    Germinal Bio Gluten Free is the result of a research through the raw ingredients.
    Selected flours allowed us to realize well-balanced products under the  nutritional profile.
    The selection of Germinal Bio Gluten Free products is now enriched with pasta, bread mix, cake mix, pizza and focaccia mix, cakes mix, mix for soup, to cover every choice of consume.

    MangiarsanoGerminal supports Emergency for a responsible Christmas

    MangiarsanoGerminal supports Emergency the Italian humanitarian NGO founded in 1994 to offer medical aid to victims of poverty and war.
    MangiarsanoBio took part to the initiative for a responsible Christmas and offered some products that will be sold in 16 Stores Emergency Christmas located all over Italy. The proceeds will employed in humanitarian projects.

    Organic biscuits Baby Cuisine available in Tesco store

    Our private label range has now three new references available in Tesco store, the big English group of distribution.
    Three different flavour for Baby Cuisine brand: plain, apple and banana, for the babies after 7 months. You will find the biscuit in small 100g bags. They can dissolve easily in little mouths or they can also be softened in a little milk for the babies

    New packaging restyling for Mangiarsano brand.

    New packaging restyling for Mangiarsano brand, which tells the pleasure of a family breakfast and looks into the nutritional features of the products. Always news as new products are introduced such as: Oat biscuits with Betaglucans, Whole biscuits rich in fibre, Cereal biscuits source of proteins, Yogurt biscuits gluten free, Vanilla and cocoa minicake with no added sugar.
    Nutritional and functional features are the lack of eggs, milk, added sugar and the content of high quality proteins, fibre, mineral salts got from the mixture of whole cereals such as oat, barley and wheat. Mangiarsano products are produced with no preservatives, hydrogenated fats, colourings and gmo.

    Gluten Free quality prize for research and innovation won by Germinal Bio Gluten

    During the first edition of the Gianni Tomassi contest for Quality in Gluten Free products for research and innovation, organized by FOSAN (Foundation for the Study of Food and Nutrition), the new range Germinal Bio Gluten Free won three awards.
    Germinal Bio Gluten Free Buckwheat Almond tart won the first prize for the sensory and nutritional quality of snacks and leavened products category .
    Germinal Bio Gluten Free Quinoa Flakes won the first prize for the sensory and nutritional quality of breakfast cereals category.
    Germinal Bio Gluten Free Buckwheat Apricot Filled Cookies won the first prize for the sensory quality of the tarts and filled pastries category.

    The contest was created to promote the quality and the variety of the proposal for gluten - free products with the focus on the raising of the quality of life for people suffering from gluten intolerance and promote their social integration.
    The Jury of the contest was made up of nutritionists, food technologists and specialists of the manufacturing department

    Biscuits with oat Germinal Bio won the prize for the best product innovation2013

    GerminalBio was awarded by Dolci&Salati Consumi during the last Cibus International Food Exhibition. Our Biscuits with oat won the prize for the best product innovation. An outstanding reward towards our comittment and quality of our products. We would like to thank you our staff all for this brilliant achievement and most of all our customers as they chose us everyday and give us the passion to do always our best.

    New: Germinal Bio Gluten Free range

    The new range of Germinal Bio Gluten Free products is first of all the result of a thorough research on raw materials. The selected flours  are significantly different in the nutrient composition than the most commonly used flour. We manage to achieve balanced and diet products from the  nutritional point of view; this aspect often lacking in the segment of gluten-free products . The gluten-free flours , stars of the new range of Germinal Bio Gluten Free are: quinoa , buckwheat and amaranth .

    The flours produced from the seeds of quinoa , buckwheat and amaranth make an high fiber content, essential amino acids, vitamins (especially B and E group ) and especially protein. The protein content is in fact higher than that of soy, rice, millet , wheat, and also of meat .

    In each Germinal Bio Gluten Free product, made with quinoa, buckwheat and amaranth  flours, we wanted to point out the natural taste of the ingredients by telling their story on the packaging. The organic origin of the Germinal Bio Gluten Free products is a further element of warranty , as well as the genuineness of the products and the sustainability of the supply chain.
