Germinal Karate Castelfranco: a successfull year!
Germinal Bio is, for years, has been the official sponsor of Germinal Karate Castelfranco Veneto, a local sports association, famous all over the world thanks to the big successes of guys that are members of it.
This year, like every year, Germinal Karate Castelfranco won big: the Juniores team won the Italian Championship in Lido di Ostia and guys achieved a lot of podiums at the British Open of Ediburgh.
All these results made Germinal Karate Castelfranco the first society in Veneto in the national karate classification and the 16th in Italy (in 597 societies).

I Bambini delle Fate Organization
“I Bambini delle Fate” is a non-profit organization that finances social projects which are managed by parents’ associations, institutions or hospitals for children suffering from autism and disability.
Projects supported by the Organization allow to realize rehabilitation and social inclusion programs that improve the life of these children and give relief to families.

Press day with show cooking
Some journalists of journals like "Gambero Rosso", "Ansa", "Mark.up" and "GDO Week" have been invited here in our headquarters in Castelfranco Veneto, on Friday the 10th of November
After a company presentation and a tour of the production plant, Sonia Peronaci, famous food blogger, did her show cooking with Germinal Bio products.

Fregolotta Radicchio at "La Prova del Cuoco"
Alex Palma, the young chef of the “Hotel Fior” in Castelfranco Veneto, took part in “La Prova del Cuoco” (Rai Uno) on Friday the 10th of November.
He won the famous “Prova Campanile” against Franco Mazzei (Tuscany).
Some of local excellences have been displayed, and there was also our Fregolotta Radicchio.Congratulations Alex!

Change the Earth
“Cambia la terra” (which means “Change the Earth”) is an information and an awareness-raising campaign, openly promoted by the companies that don’t use pesticides and artificial fertilisers on the fields, by those who produce and sell clean products and see a future for our Country.
The aim is to give the citizens an additional tool to understand what they eat and how the industrial farming system works.
A group of important organic companies, including ours, makes this project possible. -

After a long study and market researches, we realized a line of organic and gluten free products for the US Market. Germinal Organic products are crackers, cookies and bars.

Germinal Bio and Disney
The new range of biscuits Germinal Bio Junior for kids was born in the Walt Disney Project “Divertiamoci a stare bene”- which means “Be healthy with fun”.
The project aims at promoting good habits, exercise, a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. It is an invitation to take care about ourselves and to eat well, but with taste.
The Germinal Bio Junior biscuits have the shape of the Walt Disney characters and they are ideal to be consumed at breakfast or at other times of the day. The biscuits are made according to careful health-care recipes especially for the youngest. They are prepared with organic raw materials and are the result of years of experience in which the R&D of Germinal Bio has worked to ensure a result that nourishes health with taste. -

Race for the cure 2017
Germinal Bio is partner of Race for the Cure, at its 18th edition, that took place in Rome – Circo Massimo on May 19th- 20th-21st 2017.
The Race for the Cure is the symbolic event of the Susan G.Komen Italy, no-profit Organization based on volunteering that works since 2000 in the fight against breast cancer throughout national territory. This year 65000 people turned out that event.
The main feature of the event is the presence of “Women in Pink”, women who have personally dealt with breast cancer and that choose to intentionally make themselves visible by wearing pink t-shirt and hat, in order to demonstrate a positive attitude with which they deal with their disease.
Our Company decided to support again this cause by giving products to participants: three days dedicated to health, sport and solidarity.

Our company went to “Food&Wine 3.0” master’s degree of the IUSVE University, Venice in order to present our world, Germinal Bio brand and who we are.
The master’s degree is an innovative course of study that trains students and makes them able to manage the communication process in food companies; the degree has a strong point: the close link with the companies, in order to finalize the learning and introduce students in the food sector.
