Urban beekeeping. What is it?
Approximately 80% of cultivated plant species rely on pollinating insects. Synthetic chemical pesticides, parasites, and climate change threaten their survival every year, pushing them further away from rural areas and into cities.
That's why we are joining the #BeeMyFuture project by Lifegate, aimed at protecting and monitoring 'urban' bees.
By supporting Urban beekeeping, we are committed to enhancing urban biodiversity by increasing flowering areas and natural shelter zones to create protected oases for bees and other pollinating insects.

WE SUPPORT TINA ANSELMY FOUNDATION IN CASTELFRANCO VENETO (TV)
Germinal Bio is proud to announce our support for the Tina Anselmi Foundation in Castelfranco Veneto.
This foundation was established with the goal of enabling those facing fragility or disability to lead an independent, dignified, and happy life.
The foundation pays tribute to Tina Anselmi and her advocacy for extending the right to health to all.
Tina Anselmi promoted the model of social-health integration that still underlies our welfare system today. She was the first woman in Italy to hold a ministerial position and, thanks to her, we have the first law on 'equal opportunities between men and women' (1977) and the establishment of the National Health Service (1978).
